Refund policy

Zanòli accepts returns within 14 days of the receipt of your order.

Please inform us of your intention to return by sending an email to

info@zanoliofficial.com

and we will send you the return label and instructions.

All returns need to be handled through our team to ensure the proper return paperwork.  
If the delivery of an order is being refused, additional charges may occur depending on country of delivery.

All returned orders must be shipped in the original packaging and must include :

Zanòli branded box

dust bag

customer card

copy of your packing slip


For returns from outside of the EU it is mandatory to attach the customs paperwork supplied by us to the outside of the shipping box. If this paperwork is missing, we will have to deduct the occurring custom charges from your refund.

We can not accept returned items with any sign of wear and we can only accept purchases made on lutzmorris.com.



COST OF RETURN


The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer, please see pricing by country below.

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please know that your refund can take up to 14 working days to appear on your account.



EU:
We will send you a prepaid return label.
A return fee of 25€ will get deducted from your refund.

UK:
We will send you a prepaid return label.
A return fee of £45 (shipping and duty) will get deducted from your refund.

______

US and Canada:

We will send you a prepaid return label.

A return fee of $75 (shipping and duty) will get deducted from your refund.

Rest of the world:

We will send you a prepaid return label.

The return fee will be communicated to you once the address of pick up is confirmed.
